TPET (Train the Physical Education Teachers) is Sportsa's certification program for physical educators. It strengthens the educators who shape movement, discipline, fitness, and sporting potential at the grassroots level — with a curriculum expert-designed across sports and child psychology, biomechanics, coaching, sports science, nutrition, injury prevention, and talent identification.
TPET is aligned with NEP 2020's requirement of 50 hours of mandated Continuous Professional Development for teachers.

Every teacher enrols in a structured, certificate-based course on Sportsa's LMS, designed for flexible, self-paced learning — with 10 specialised modules and chapter-wise MCQ assessments.

On-the-job training
A 2-day on-the-job training conducted by the Sportsa Master Trainer Team, on top of the digital module.

Refresher workshops (add-on)
A 2-day refresher workshop at the start of every academic term (3 terms a year) to keep faculty current.
