Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sportsaglobal.com, sportsa.in, and sportsaindia.org (together, the “Sites”), operated by Pluspoint Sportsa (“Sportsa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and any courses you purchase or enrol in through our learning management system at sportsa.learningwiz.in(the “LMS”). By accessing the Sites or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or enrol in a course.

1. About Sportsa

Sportsa (also operating as Pluspoint Sportsa) is a sports-education company providing integrated physical education programmes for schools, teacher and coach certification (TPET), sports events management, corporate CSR programmes, and related services, including course content delivered via our LMS partner learningwiz.

2. Use of the Sites

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Sites under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised institutional representative, to submit enquiry forms or make purchases.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting any form on the Sites, including your name, email, institution, and message.
• You agree not to misuse the Sites, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
• All content on the Sites — text, graphics, logos, course descriptions, and images — is owned by or licensed to Sportsa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.

3. Courses and the LMS

Courses referenced on the Sites (including TPET and other certification programmes) are sold and delivered through our LMS at sportsa.learningwiz.in. When you enrol in a course:

• You will be directed to or create an account on the LMS to access course content, assessments, and certificates.
• Course fees, validity periods, and access terms are as displayed on the relevant course page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through our designated payment gateway; Sportsa does not store your full payment card details.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Certificates or credentials are issued only upon successful completion of the applicable course requirements, as described on the course page.

4. Fees and payment

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; changes will not affect enrolments already completed.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, videos, curricula, and assessments made available through the LMS are for your personal, non-commercial use as an enrolled learner only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing your LMS login credentials with, or enrolling on behalf of, unauthorised third parties.
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through any form or LMS submission.
• Using the Sites or LMS in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair their functioning.

7. Third-party services

The Sites and LMS rely on third-party services, including our LMS provider (learningwiz), payment gateway, and analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics 4). Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Sites and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Sites or LMS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or courses.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sportsa harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Sites or LMS, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Sites or LMS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
