Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to courses purchased through our learning management system at sportsa.learningwiz.in(the “LMS”), including TPET and other certification courses offered by Pluspoint Sportsa (“Sportsa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund eligibility window

You may request a full refund of your course fee within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that:

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, assessments, or downloadable material.
• No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
• The refund request is submitted through the contact channel below within the eligibility window.

Refund requests made after the eligibility window, or after substantial course content has been accessed, will not ordinarily be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. Non-refundable circumstances

• Course fees for live cohorts, workshops, or events once the session has commenced or concluded.
• Courses where a completion certificate has already been issued.
• Discounted, bundled, or promotional course purchases, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Convenience or payment gateway processing fees, where applicable, which are non-refundable.

3. How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a refund or cancel an enrolment, email us at contact@sportsa.in with your registered name, email address used at purchase, course name, and order or transaction reference number. We may ask for additional verification before processing your request.

4. Processing timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to processing times of the payment gateway and your bank or card issuer, which may add further delay beyond our control.

5. Course access after cancellation

Once a cancellation and refund are approved, your access to the corresponding course content on the LMS will be revoked. Any progress, assessment attempts, or downloaded materials associated with the course may no longer be accessible.

6. Cancellation by Sportsa

If Sportsa cancels or discontinues a course, cohort, or batch before it commences — whether due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or any other operational reason — you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions, processed to your original payment method as described in Section 4.

7. Enrolment transfers

In place of a refund, we may — at our discretion — allow you to transfer your enrolment to a different available course batch or cohort of equivalent value, subject to seat availability. Transfer requests should be sent to the same contact email listed in Section 3.

8. Payment gateway and failed transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but enrolment is not confirmed due to a technical or gateway error, please contact us with your transaction reference. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway partner and either confirm your enrolment or process a full refund of the failed transaction amount.

9. Institutional and bulk purchases

Refund and cancellation terms for school, corporate, or bulk institutional course purchases may differ and will be governed by the specific commercial agreement or purchase order agreed with Sportsa at the time of sale. Where no separate agreement exists, this policy applies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
